Hiçbir ülke yoktur ki kıyamet gününden önce orayı yok etmeyelim, yahut (günahkâr, inkârcı gidişinden dolayı) şiddetli bir azap ile cezalandırmayalım. Bu(nların hepsi), Kitab’da (Levh-i Mahfûz’da) yazılıdır. [krş. 11/100-101; 65/8-9]
