22. Hac Sûresi - 25. ayet

Gerek küfre sapanlar, gerekse Allah’ın yolundan ve yerli olsun misafir olsun bütün (mü’min) insanları ziyarette eşit kıldığımız Mescid-i Haram’dan (insanları) alıkoymakta olanlar (bilmeli ki) kim orada zulümle yanlış yola sapmak isterse, ona pek acıklı bir azap tattıracağız.

Indeed, those who persist in disbelief and hinder ˹others˺ from the Way of Allah and from the Sacred Mosque—which We have appointed for all people, residents and visitors alike—along with whoever intends to deviate by doing wrong in it, We will cause them to taste a painful punishment.
