Âlemleri (insanlar ve cinleri) uyarsın diye kulu (Muhammed’)e Furkân’ı (hakkı batıldan ayıran Kur’an’ı) indiren (Allah’)ın şânı yücedir (hayır ve bereketi çoktur). [bk. 17/1; 18/1-4]

Blessed is the One Who sent down the Decisive Authority to His servant, so that he may be a warner to the whole world.
