3. Âl-i İmrân / اٰلِ عِمْرٰنَ • 74/200

(Allah,) rahmetini (peygamberliği, kitab ve mucizeyi) dilediğine tahsis eder. Allah büyük lütuf sahibidir.

He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty.

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُؕ وَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظٖيمِ
